Thank you for visiting and shopping at Pranavam Musicals. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
📍 Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
🚚 Shipping Charges & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
✅ Free Shipping Policy
- Free shipping is available only for orders delivered within Kerala.
- Orders shipped outside Kerala will have shipping charges calculated based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
- Free shipping offers, if any, are applicable only within Kerala unless otherwise stated.
📦 Weight-Based Shipping Charges
- For parcels above 2 kg, the minimum shipping charge will be ₹200.
- Final shipping charges may vary depending on package weight, size, and destination.
🎹 Special Shipping Charges for Electric Equipment
All electronic musical instruments and electric equipment will have mandatory shipping charges applied due to their size, weight, and safe handling requirements. This includes (but is not limited to):
- Keyboards
- Electric Drums
- Electric Guitars
- Digital Pianos
- Amplifiers
- Studio Monitors
- Audio Interfaces
Shipping costs for these items will be calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
💳 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders within Kerala.
- Orders placed from outside Kerala must be prepaid using available online payment methods.
- Pranavam Musicals reserves the right to disable COD for certain products, locations, or high-value orders.

🌍 International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to select countries outside India.
International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout and vary based on destination, weight, and package dimensions.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Pranavam Musicals is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, customs duties, etc.).
Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs processing.
🚚 Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
❌ Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Pranavam Musicals is not liable for products lost or damaged during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
